It is with great pleasure that I present you with my thoughts regarding Samantha Muscarella. My husband and I met her about six years ago. She has watched over our pets (4 cats and a parrot as well as fish) and our home ever since then.
Samantha is the epitome of integrity and dedication. She has always gone out of her way for us (cats that needed a vet trip, purchasing extra food or toys for them), as we need her to come to our home twice a day. She has gone when the weather was so terrible (snow, ice) that we could not believe she arrived safely. She has also made sure that she is available in case our flight home was delayed (this has happened twice so far). Both my husband and I trust Samantha not just with the lives of our pets but our home. She is so trustworthy and she also will do things we would not even think of asking her (the house is cleaner after she leaves than if I spent all day cleaning it, for example).
I do not think I could ever trust anyone but Samantha with our home and pets. She is very knowledgeable about all animals and has helped solve a litter box issue we had (the vet had put our cat on medication but Samantha rearranged the litter box and the problem solved itself right away). She has also taught our parrot songs, new words and whistles. This proves to me her love of animals and also that she loves her job, she doesn’t just feed the pets and pick up after them. She has left detailed notes each trip we have taken.

Samantha's Special Attention was a godsend for me and my Lily (brindle boxer). After Lily was with Samantha, she took care of Lily, I would notice a huge difference in Lily's behavior. She followed commands, she was calmer, and not as hyper. When my niece was born Samantha helped with Lilys getting used to a baby being around. She helped Lily get prepared for constant ear tugging, my niece reaching in Lily's food bowl, and especially not jumping on my niece. Samantha is firm in her methods, very structered, but also so kind and helpful. She is simply AWESOME at what she does. Unfortunately my dog has since passed, but I know the first person I will turn to for help when I am ready for a puppy will most definitely be Samantha at Samantha's Special Attention.
